For this discussion board, you need to write a paragraph discussing which civil liberty as defined in the course is most important to you and why, and comment on two other students choice of civil liberty. For the civil liberty discussion the purpose of the assignment is for the student to demonstrate critical thinking by showing they can apply a specific civil liberty contained in the Bill of Rights to the students personal life. Make sure you read the instructions and the grading rubric which can be found by clicking the 3 dots to the upper right. For this discussion you will have to respond to two other students.
Discussions are supposed to be that, a discussion, you cannot have a discussion in this format if there is no time to respond therefore, in order to receive the full credit students must post their response to the prompt before the due date. Points will be taken off if the response to the prompt is not posted on or before 6/27.
In discussion boards only the first response to the prompt will be read. Students are not allowed to see other students posts until after they post therefore if there is nothing in the first post this is considered cheating and the student will receive a 0 on the assignment.
