EdCo is a traditional Australian University (think UWA, UNSW, etc.) that has faced declining profits over the past 5 years, accelerated by the impact of Covid. Their current model is approx. 70% in-person and 30% online. The Board of the University believes it is time for a total overhaul of their current higher education model and has come to you for help.
