1. Compare and contrast the potential advantages and disadvantages of franchising vs independent ownership. Be sure to include at least three options for each category. Using this list, discuss which ownership option you would select if it was available to you and why.
2. You are the rooms division director at a large city-center hotel. Your GM is concerned that room revenue is down and asks you to create a plan to increase room revenue over the next 90 days. What are the first three things you would do to complete this request?
