Using the evidence from the text, analyze how the author’s language choices express tone.

this is what I answered for the question before this one: The tone Harkins uses starts out as resentful, angry, and sarcastic, but as the letter goes on he begins to sound more hopeful. He then ends it with a strong sense of strength and resolve. However, throughout all of these perceived tone changes, Harkins consistently sounds very serious and poetic.
