This is your opportunity to demonstrate your ability to lead a team and individuals to develop their critical thinking ability by facilitating an opportunity for them to apply their critical thinking skills.

Facilitate the application opportunity planned in task 5(Support critical and creative thinking). Make sure you:

Provide clear instructions on what is required by team member(s) as they critically address the workplace problem.
Provide feedback to the team member(s) relating to their use of critical thinking as they address the workplace problem.
Identify additional support your team requires.
Seek feedback from team member(s) about the opportunity you’ve provided.
