SECTION-B CASE STUDY Skyrise is a 10 years old real estate company that is engaged in making apartments. It has already executed several projects in the NCR region and is currently busy in making two apartment complex of 300 units each. The project consists of hundreds of activities that include excavating, framing, wiring, plastering, painting, wood work and landscaping. Some of the activities must be done sequentially and others can be done simultaneously. Also some of the activities can be completed faster than normal time by purchasing additional resources.
