After reading Mintzberg's managerial roles (Links to an external site.) (Ferrell et al., Chapter 6, 12th ed.), choose only one of the three General Roles.

Then choose any organization with which you interact on a regular basis. This organization can be your place of employment (though not public companies), local supermarket, church, school, or any other type of retailer. REMEMBER: Noticeable organizations, such as public corporations, will not be considered for this activity.
In your response, address the following:
Introduce the organization you know and frequently observe.
Identify and apply at least two Specific Roles associated with one of Mintzberg's General Roles.
Using Mintzberg's now-famous model, illustrate by telling a real story you've observed of how a leader or leaders in this organization exemplify (or not) these Specific Roles.
