Though some may prefer to work independently, there are times when working on a team is mandatory or preferred given the circumstances. In our current climate, working remotely for many employees has become the norm, so what may have once been face-to-face interaction among teams now has shifted to virtual collaboration. The advancements in technology allow teams to work in ways that weren't imagined possible historically, but certainly do present its fair share of challenges.
