Stakeholders play different roles and assume varying sets of responsibilities (and sometimes liabilities) depending on the selection of the PDS.
In the next several weeks, you will create a visual tool that shows the relationship among stakeholders in project delivery systems. You will utilize PowerPoint for this project. Each week, you will add to your PowerPoint presentation and be graded on the aspect of the presentation that is articulated in the Application section of the online classroom.
This week, you will begin your PowerPoint project by identifying the stakeholders in the design-bid-build system and illustrating and analyzing their relationships in an organizational diagram.
Start by developing your organizational diagram for the D-B-B system in PowerPoint. This diagram will be your presentation’s first slide. Next, create 1–3 additional slides that explain the relationships in the diagram(s). Be sure to include a title for each slide that states the name of the project delivery system you are presenting. For this week, your slides should be titled "Design-Bid-Build"
