IDEA The idea of this project is to familiarize Project Management students with the scheduling process and developing a project plan. EXPECTATIONS Candidates will be expected to select a project (e.g., building a house, arranging outdoor wedding, etc.) and create a WBS, identifying the activities and their estimated durations, and the logical sequence of the activates, and develop an AON project plan.
