.Respond to the message below and tell me if you agree or disagree and if you want to use a personal experience (as we all have experience of some kind with customer service).
1.) What kind of image do you want to convey to your customers? This is a very good question as I have never been one that sugar coats or try to be someone I am not, I am more of like me or leave me. With that being said I also am the type that was raised to help others. Some people are all about helping themselves, I am not. If I don’t get rich by helping others I guess I was never met to be rich, but I know I did my part of being the best of being me. I have never been to an interview and not got offered the job, I have never had a customer/client complain on me, because they see I am Ginuwine at being who I am.
2.) What is the difference between focusing on your expertise versus your customer's needs? To me the difference is when you're doing what your told to do, but not being happy because your being forced to do something people want you to do, VS helping others and making them happy in return makes you happy cause you helped someone.
3.) What kinds of things can you do -- and say -- with customers to make it "all about them"? First of all LISTEN, customers want to be heard, take them serous, then respond, Be honest, no one wants to be lied to., try to help them.
What are the basic combinations for great customer service, and do you agree with them? Why or why not?
Follow the four basic steps. First impressions, courtesy counts, attitude is everything, and doing the right thing
Yes, I agree with this, treat others how you want to be treated, if you know you don’t want to down talk, don’t down talk a customer, if you don’t want to be called a name, a liar or be discriminated for who you are rather its race, gender, or anything else then don’t do it to others. Its plan and simple treat others how you want to be treated.
