Analyze. Choose one problem (all parts) from this week's discussion worksheet (completed in class on Friday), making sure it addresses a different learning objective than the ones you addressed in question 1. a) Identify the learning objective that is best illustrated through the problem (if you feel a few are equally well illustrated, just choose one of those), b) state the problem (referring to the number is fine), and c) provide a written solution to this problem (which doesn't need to be in complete sentences). d) Now, analyze this solution through annotations. That is, add in comments that explain what mathematical moves you are making and why those moves are important. Make sure to use mathematical language appropriately and correctly in your analysis. A classmate should be able to use your annotated list to help them devise a solution to a similar problem on their own.
