The purpose of this project is to determine the development of payroll information systems using descriptive methods to collect primary and secondary data, and system development methods using object-oriented methods and prototype methods, which will produce an integrated system between payroll and presence. Making this payroll system can be used to save data to the database automatically using RFID, and at the time of payroll, the system will automatically recap the data stored in the database. Payroll amounts to 20-30% of the company’s gross revenue and makes up a significant chunk of the overall budget. The budget for this project would be $10K, with room for an expanded budget. The organization should have to system up and running prior to hiring staff. This project schedule would be 2 week for a functional product and 4 weeks for all the use test to be completed. The project would be one of the first thing done with the system.
