The ABC Childhood Cancer Foundation event must be cancelled. THINK through and list WHAT your plan will now be to raise $1 million. NOTE: You STILL have your athlete's and superstar's support. However, their donations do NOT count towards the $1 million you have to raise. Think through the following:
1. How will I communicate the change? 2. How will I get people engaged? (i.e. How will you market this?)
3. What will I do? What kind of program can I put together?
4. When will it be rescheduled to? (IT DOES NOT have to be the same dates!!)
5. What people do I still need?
6. What resources do I need to pull off the new program?
