2 whether you might approach the question via an experiment or non-experiment,
3 Any ethical considerations one should take relative the research question, or
4 Any other factors you think may be important when deciding how to approach answering the research question.
Additionally, for the selected question/topic, find 1 peer-reviewed article that you think is relevant to the topic or your approach to the topic and provide a citation and description as you would do for an annotated bibliography. Please use the APA citation style (if you use a tool such as Zotero, please note the tool used).
Research Question/Topic option 1: A political strategist is attempting to better understand political communications by asking: What is the impact of political advertisements on the opinions and electoral decisions of registered voters who interact with the advertisements via social media?
Research Question/Topic option 2: A journalist wants to investigate water quality issues in major US cities by asking: How have changes in municipal funding for clean water infrastructure affected the quality of life or life expectancy of residents in the municipality?
