Select a well-established business-oriented organization (Medium or Large scale) in Apparel and textile industry in your area and assume yourself as management intern. Prepare a report by obtaining realistic and accurate data from the selected organization. Students are expected to collect only secondary data for the purpose of this assignment. Examine how the selected organization do three levels of planning (Strategic, Tactical and Operational level planning) in order to achieve their objectives using examples related to your organisation.
