A small business has 1−99 paid employees, a medium sized business has 100−499 paid employees, and a large business has 500 or more paid employees. In this group work, your task is to determine the size of business of your company that you would like to observe or study. Then, identify which industry does the company operate. You can choose one of the industries such as banking, manufacturing, retail, food and beverage, hospital, or education. Once you have identified the size of the company and the choice of the industry, then answer the following questions. You are working in a company as a Human Resource Professional.
