This patient is a 27-year-old, G-4 P-2, who is arrives at labor & delivery unit at 39 4/7 weeks of
gestation. She has received prenatal care and has had no complications during her pregnancy.
She presents with contractions every 4-5 minutes that are increasing in intensity.
