level government down to the most local levels of government. think about some of the
issues or problems that each level of government handles. next, identify a national
issue that you think should be handled at a lower level of government. then, identify a
state or local issue that should be handled by the federal government: in each case,
why do you think a different level of government would be better suited to deal with
each problem. explain your answer.
