personal or private. One expert says that Web sites need to be clearer about this practice. He believes that the
sites should use plain language. The expert wants Web sites to use a code called P3P. This is a language that
computers can read. That way, the computer would learn about the site. It could warn users to stay away from
sites that take too much information.
